Since 1963, Three Snow based in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture, specializing in wire mesh and wire processing, has been manufacturing and selling mainly commercial kitchen supplies.
This matcha strainer is designed to fit standard matcha bowls. It has a handle and a hook on the opposite side so that it can be hung on the bowl, making it easy to strain matcha with just this one item.
Three Snow selected a slightly coarse 30-mesh screen. By applying a special surface treatment to this screen, they have achieved a performance that allows powder to pass through at approximately twice the speed of products with the same mesh size!
This overwhelmingly efficient straining performance is an amazing experience for users.

Do not use cleanser. Clean the stain with warm water and a cloth. Old or thin teacups are fragile, so do not apply too much pressure.
