Ryokucha is easy to drink and widely consumed during meal and as a regular beverage.  Tea leaves of deep-steamed green tea is steamed longer than normal tea leaves, which breaks the cells of  the leaves and makes it easier to extract sweetness.

    1.What is the difference between Matcha?

    Matcha is the powdered Tencha that is shaded before harvest. And after steaming, dry in Tencha-ro(a special furnace for Tencha). It has rich in umami by preventing direct sunlight. The umami of Matcha is a very important in evaluation standard.

    Green tea has some health benefits.

    Green tea contains Catechin, helps burn fat, boost metabolism and weight loss.

    Yes. Green tea generally contains the Caffeine. But less than Matcha.
