Things to prepare
● 2g Ceremonial grade matcha
● 100ml cold water
● 3 ice cubes
● Matcha bowl
● Chasen / Tea whisk
Step 1:
The matcha and cold water are slowly mixed together.
As the matcha does not dissolve easily in cold water, it is whisked quickly and thoroughly with Chasen to ensure no powder remains.
※Strain the matcha through a tea strainer if available.
Step 2:
Use a tea whisk to slowly blend the matcha.
Take time to whisk the matcha in cold water as it does not dissolve easily.
Step 3:
Add ice to the bowl containing the matcha and you are ready to drink it!
